2. Intellectual Property:

  • Your Rights: subject to our license, you own the rights to the assets you generate on Artist. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

  • Platform Rights: The interface, code, and branding of Artist are owned by us.

3. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service to generate:

  • NSFW, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.

  • Deepfakes of real people without consent.

  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property of others.

4. Credits and Refunds:

  • Generations require credits. Credits are purchased or granted via subscription.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for technical failures, but generally not for dissatisfaction with creative output.

5. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly regarding safety and acceptable use.
